The use of these lightweight materials aids reducing the weight of the overall system and the ability to improve your handling and manoeuvrability. The muffler valve housing is made in Akrapovic's in house titanium foundry and ensures the exhaust is fully EC- and ECE-compliant. This doesn't stop there being a boost to performance, however. Power sees a small increase of +1.5 hp @ 7,150 rpm and torque sees +1.2 lb-ft @ 7,050 rpm. Installing the slip-on is easy to do, the estimated install time is roughly 60 minutes for an experienced fitter.
