Guillon-Painturaud XO Hors d'Age - Cognac Hors d'Âge

With older eaux-de-vie than XO, Cognac Hors d'Age has aged for long decades in oak barrels.  It offers a great complexity of fruit aromas Secs. Its woody notes will delight lovers of old Cognacs XO. La robe is orange with caramel highlights.  As for the nose, it is melted with notes of candied apricots, citrus zest then evolves towards finely woody and chocolatey touches. The rich, complex palate reveals fruit notes such as apricot Sec and stewed fig to finish on a long, balanced finish.
