Description

Uno Champagne Rosé dal rinomato terroir Ay Grand Cru. The eye will delight in this superb pinkish color which reminds the color of the cherry. Intense color with salmon reflections. It subtly takes the taster to the nose as well as to the palate towards the aromas of red fruits (strawberry, blackberry, cherry) slightly spiced to finish in a long very greedy finish of small Morello cherry. It comes from the "heart of the terroir" of their 27 parcels spread over the 7 ha of the family estate and illustrates wonderfully both the strength and the elegance that characterize the wines of this terroir. Pinot Noir (90%), Chardonnay (10%) Terroir : Aÿ Grand Cru 100%.
