Description

Blend of Chardonnay Grand Cru from Cramant, Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. On the nose as well as on the palate, the wine is rich in white flower and citrus fruit aromas such as Menton lemon, very slightly stewed. In second reading the wine is very brioche and fine toast Food and wine pairing: with seafood at the beginning of the meal, such as Marennes oysters, whose expression blends intimately with the minerality, lobsters or prawns a la plancha, or seafood in a beurre blanc sauce, such as Saint Pierre or turbot.
