Roullet XO Gold - Cognac XO

Description

It is a 16 year old cognac that comes exclusively from Grande Champagne. The color is slightly dark amber with some red copper highlights. The nose at first attack is very freshly cut hay accompanied by small touches of white flowers of fruit tree like cherry or pear tree, followed by a light touch of acacia and lime tree.follow some fragrances of spices like grey or black pepper and dried fruits.The final is blond tobacco with a delicate touch of cocoa. The mouth is round, very ample and long. A splendor at any time but especially on a chocolate cake with an Arabica coffee.
