Park Organic - Cognac VSOP

Description

The Cognac Park Organic is composed of : 100% Fins bois, producing round, supple and smooth eaux-de-vie. The medium intensity of the Extra fire produces aromas with a certain tannin (spicy aromas, chocolate...).  This vigorous grape variety, which brings freshness and finesse, allows the terroir its greatest expression. The Cognac Park is aged in 400-liter oak casks, mainly from Limousin. 6 months in new casks, then housed in red casks.  Traditional Charentais double distillation (known as "à repasse") with 25-hectoliter copper stills produces finely crafted spirits.
