Bertrand VSOP - Cognac VSOP

Description

This Cognac VSOP is made exclusively from the vines of the Bertrand family Domaine, located in the heart of the Petite Fine Champagne terroir. This cru, renowned for its rich limestone soils and montmorillonite clays, provides the vines with an ideal environment for producing top-quality eaux-de-vie. Bertrand VSOP is a blend of 10-year-old eaux-de-vie, distilled in small quantities from ugni blanc and coLombard grapes, before being aged in French oak barrels from the Limousin and Tronçais forests. On the nose, this Cognac reveals delicate fruit aromas, subtle woody and caramel notes, and an elegant floral touch. On the palate, it's well-balanced and round, with a complexity of aromas that's not overpowering, making it ideal for drinking neat or on the rocks.
