Called "Equilibre", it illustrates the spirit and history of the Prulho house: a great Cognac is the result of a perfect balance of aromas, refined and developed over the years spent in casks. This limited edition of just 500 is presented in a beautiful blue box with 2 tulip-shaped tasting glasses. The mahogany color bears witness to its long ageing in oak casks, which gives it complexity and great organoleptic richness. The nose transports us to faraway lands, the meeting place of fruit and flowers, where aromas of coconut, cinnamon and vanilla are sprinkled with jasmine and lilac. The palate is unctuous and sensual. It reveals notes of candied fruit, plum, vanilla and spices. An endless, gourmand finish sways heart and palate between fruity freshness and spicy gourmandise.
