De Fussigny XO - Cognac XO

Description

This is a blend of Cognac Grande Champagne Premier Cru and Petite Champagne Deuxième Cru and, in accordance with current legislation, with a minimum of 50% Grande Champagne, the Premier Cru from the Cognac region ( texts and laws from 1936 onwards). La robe is light Cuban mahogany with some coppery hues, as if there were a discreet, visual reminder of how the wine was distilled in an onion-shaped red copper still many years ago. On the nose as well as on the palate: a perfect harmony between flavors of cinnamon, black and gray pepper, leather, blond tobacco, musk and fragrances on white spring flowers like hawthorn, peach blossom, pear, apple, lime, with a beautiful vanilla chocolate and mocha finish. Drink at room temperature after lunch or as a long drink with a citrus Schweppes, for example, to exult in the first fragrances and flavors.
