Drouet Paradis de Famille Hors d'Age - Cognac Hors d'Âge

Description

A blend of cognacs whose eaux-de-vie are between 20 and 50 years old. These cognacs are aged in small French oak barrels of between 250 and 400 liters. On the nose, a real kaleidoscope of spicy aromas, plums of Ente and candied citrus fruits of mocha, zest of dried mandarins of Corsica and ginger. In the mouth: beautiful roundness and smoothness with notes of blond tobacco, cinnamon, leather with a final touch of mocha. Very nice length. A moment chosen after a chocolate dessert or vanilla Norwegian omelette and a coffee on a Monte Cristo or a Cohiba and even better on a Romeo and Juliet.
