Drouet VSOP - Cognac VSOP

Description

A blend of cognacs whose eaux-de-vie are between 5 and 10 years old. These cognacs are aged in small French oak barrels of between 250 and 400 liters. On the nose, fragrances of vanilla, apple crumble, cinnamon stick and licorice. In the mouth: a successful balance between the freshness of fruits and undergrowth and woody notes. Very nice length. A moment of flavor after a dessert of coffee éclairs or vanilla Norwegian omelet and a coffee on a small Davidoff.
