Description

The cuvée presents Avize Chardonnays: great freshness and tension. It is a Grand Cru Champagne from the Avize vineyard, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. This Blanc de Blancs cuvée is a blend of the 2015 and 2018 harvests. A fairly long aging in the cellar allows to obtain maturity and finesse, characteristic of the great wines of the Côte des Blancs. The color is a bright light yellow. The palate is round and fresh. Very balanced, with notes of stone fruits such as plum and mirabelle plum. Food / wine pairing: scallop carpaccio or poached cod with citrus fruits, see red mullet a la plancha flavored with Espelette pepper with a slight touch of cumin. Tasting temperature around 10 ° C.
