Description

The cognac will age for a minimum of 10 years in French oak barrels exclusively. It is a blend of cognacs coming exclusively from Grande Champagne, classified as Premier Cru, one of the crus of the delimited region of cognac and placed at the top of the quality hierarchy because of its very clay-limestone soil, a key element to obtain an optimal quality of the wines which, after distillation in two stages, will concentrate the perfumes and the tastes. A real art. The assembly takes over: a second art that is all the more successful because it has been passed down from generation to generation. The color is deep amber while, after visual analysis, the nose reveals very beautiful floral expressions. The mouth is very ample and rich of a very diversified palette on blond tobacco, spices as white and grey peppers, musk and coffee/cocoa for example. Serve at room temperature with Romeo and Juliet or Cohiba after a chocolate dessert or coffee éclairs.
