Description

Le Reviseur XXO is an exceptional Cognac, representing the pinnacle of Francis Abécassis' Domaines expertise. This Single Estate Cognac is produced in keeping with the traditions of the Petite Champagne cru, within the 90 hectares of the family's Domaine estate. Its amber color with golden highlights already heralds a refined product. The rich, complex nose opens with aromas of ripe fruit, honey, licorice, cinnamon and a subtle touch of pepper. On the palate, this XXO reveals a round, soft texture, with spicy, woody aromas and delicate notes of candied fruit and cedar wood, offering a long, elegant finish. Aged for at least 14 years, it is made from 100% Ugni-blanc grapes grown on clay-limestone terroir. Aging in top-quality Limousin oak barrels makes it particularly expressive and harmonious. Available in a 70cl bottle, presented in an individual box, this Cognac can be enjoyed neat or on the rocks, at any time of day or at the end of a meal.
