Description

La robe of this VSOP is gold in color with sustained amber highlights. The nose offers lovely warm notes, brioche, cinnamon, sweet spices as well as beautiful, precise woody aromas. Then comes a sensation of lightness that builds on a mineral, mentholated freshness. The palate is delicate, harmonious, on fruit pastes and spices. The mineral freshness is always present and gives great length to the finish. An excellent VSOP typical of the Grande Champagne. On ice or in cocktails, its lightness will surprise you.
