Leyrat XO Hors d'Âge has an old gold color and a complex nose of spices, wood, acacia honey and candied orange, with hints of sweet ginger and nutmeg. On the palate, it's supple and harmonious, offering a silky texture and an elegant finish marked by vanilla and brioche notes. It goes perfectly with refined dishes such as duck breast, scallops or a smoked salmon mille-feuille, creating a harmony between the spicy and sweet aromas of Cognac. Produced from 100% Ugni-blanc grapes on Domaine at Chez Maillard en Fins Bois, it is distilled in Charentais stills and aged in Limousin oak barrels. This 40% vol. Cognac is available in 70cl and 75cl sizes, with or without individual cases.
