Baron Otard XO Gold - Cognac XO

Description

This cuvée finds its personality in the perfect balance of the finest crus.  The nose reveals rich aromas of undergrowth and hints of leather.  The Cognac Baron Otard XO Gold combines the finesse of fruity aromas (prune, hazelnut) with the sweetness of a hint of honey, enhanced by a hint of violet. The long ageing of its best eaux-de-vie in the cellars of Château gives it a unique flavour.  Due to its finesse, this cuvée should be drunk neat to release its best aromas.  It will be particularly appreciated with an apple dessert but cheese such as fourme d'Ambert.
